Beauty Works approached us to deliver professional live streaming solutions for their events across the UK. With a focus on showcasing their latest product ranges in action, they required seamless broadcast coverage of their stylists working live on models – ensuring every technique, finish and transformation could be seen clearly on the big screens in the room . Our brief was to elevate the production value while maintaining the sleek, premium aesthetic the brand is known for.

In response, we deployed a fully wireless camera system at each event, eliminating visible cabling and preserving a clean, distraction-free stage environment. This allowed us to capture close-up, detailed footage of stylists using the new Beauty Works products, while ensuring smooth camera movement and uninterrupted coverage. The result was a polished live stream experience that enhanced visibility without compromising the visual appeal of the set design.

Our production team supported multiple locations, including events at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate in Manchester, as well as further showcases in Bristol and Birmingham. Each venue presented its own technical considerations, and our adaptable setup ensured consistent broadcast quality across every space.

Alongside the live streaming, we managed the full audio production for the events. This included supplying handheld microphones and wireless lavalier microphones for presenters and stylists, delivering crystal-clear sound to both the in-room audience and the live broadcast feed.

The end result was a cohesive, high-impact live event experience – one that amplified Beauty Works’ product launches, engaged audiences nationwide, and reinforced the brand’s reputation for premium quality and innovation.
